The Group Policy is a way to Administrate you Computer and Server from 1 Point of administration, that way you dont have to go from one computer/server to another to run Regesty update to tweak you computer.

Most Compenes buy alot of server to day in a standart hardware configuration, But every time, they have to tweak the server whit reg files, this is the way to make it easy for you as administrator to do the tweak from one point of administrator.

When you have download the policy, unrar it to you C:\windows\inf file on you domain controler ore local computer, to make this thing work you have to open you Group Policy, do the followring on the local machine, its the same whit the domain controle, when you have created a ground policy you wish to put out to you computers and server..

1. Press Start > Run

2. Type gpedit.msc

3. New Window Will open.

4. Right Clik on administrative Templates and press "add/remove Templates".

5. Press Add.

6. Select shadowcom.adm

7. Press Close

8. Press View

9. Select filtering

Set Check box in "Filter by Requirements information"

Remove Check Box in "Only show policy settings that can be fully managed"

Press OK

You can finde the Policy here and Turn it on.

We all know, when we install a microsoft Product, that it install the default secondleveldatacache is 256 KB.

This policy can chance that, by using this policy you can define the computer on you network in this domain for using 256 kb, 512 kb and 1 MB second level data cache of you CPU on a normal oprative system and server, this is also for Terminal Server.
